Check this out – you asked for some more classes in central London and we went and put one on during the weekdays – how’s that?

Welcome to Hyde Park

We seem to be moving more and more west these days with another night down the west end of London town.

Starting at 18:30 every Tuesday night, young Cap’n Chris will be in attendance for classes every week in the capital in the magnificent Hyde Park.

So it’s down to the park after work for a damn good workout and then it’s home in time for tea and medals.

Is there anywhere prettier than the classic Hyde Park?

Classes start on Tuesday 13th September 2011 at 18:30 sharp and as before, run for one hour to 19:30.

Will we be taking it easy because the West London set might be too posh to push (up)? Slim chance. Expect a thorough work out from head to toe with other guys and girls.

If you’re worried about it, check out our “What is Boot Camp?” page for details about how the class is split according to ability.

“If there are loads of hotties over in west London, I will transfer there immediately and you can take the east London slot, how’s that Mark?” – Mo, Chief of staff at VP

Plan your journey

If you want to get here by public transport, check out the Transport for London travel widget. The nearest tube stations are Lancaster Gate & Marble Arch on the Central Line and Hyde Park Corner & Knightsbridge on the Piccadilly line.

As for parking, allegedly there is parking in Pay and Display bays which are free after 6.30pm, but for the least stressful experience, we recommend you forget about it and take your bike or come by public transport.

If you have a bicycle, there are railings to lock it to, but we strongly recommend you use a superb lock, remove all valuables from it and secure all quick-release items.

Satellite Navigation : Use the postcode W2 2UH to get you to the general area of the park.

So there you are, that’s how to get to us and a little bit about the class.  We would love to see you down there for some rootin’ tootin’ phys.  There’s always a good crowd, it’s a bit of fun and a good way to meet new people especially if you’re new to London and want to meet people.  If you have any questions, you will probably find them answered in our FAQs section.
