Army Boot Camp is awesome. I’ve been doing it for four years now and I still feel that every session tests me. The trainers get to know you and which areas to push you in, in order to keep increasing your fitness. Before joining the club I’d always done lots of exercise, and a marathon, but I feel that I’ve learned much more about my fitness in the last four years. My pace has really improved too. The group has an excellent buzz about it and has really added something extra to my social life.
